Practices are from 6pm-8pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Riverside Park in Coral Springs, FL.

Practices run in 4-week cycles with 2 practices per week.
Normally, players sign up for all 8 practice sessions within the 4-week cycle, but we do offer an opportunity for players to sign up for 4 sessions if they are only able to make practice once per week during the 4-week cycle.
